Appointment Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Notice: We understand that plans may change. To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with preparing for your appointment and ensures fairness to our team and other clients.

  3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. No-shows inconvenience our team and prevent us from accommodating other clients.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be provided in certain circumstances, such as:

    • Cancellations made within the specified cancellation period.
    • Services canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.
  2. Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
